SAP announced the release of its
Social Contact Intelligence application, powered by the SAP HANA
platform, at the CRM Evolution 2013 conference in New York.
The application is designed to enable marketers and sales staff to collect and aggregate the unstructured social media information that's scattered throughout the Internet, beyond the confines of an internal IT system.
